Shipping & Delivery
 

Click and Collect: Collection is currently only from our Scarborough North bay shop. Contact us to arrange a suitable time.

Local Delivery: At checkout once you have entered your delivery address if it is within the designated area you will be offered the option of free local delivery.  At which point we will pack and delivery your good personally.

Standard shipping within the UK: £3.95 We use Royal Mail and orders are processed within 24h and delivered in 2-3 working days.  Giving an expected delivery within 4 working days.  Orders placed on a Friday will be Dispatched on the Monday (or next working day after bank holidays).
 
Europe: Generally products will be shipped throughout Europe at a total cost of £17.00 per order. However for bulkier or heavier orders, we reserve the right to charge a higher price if this is the case  we will contact you for a shipping quote.
  
Rest of the world: Generally products will be shipped outside of Europe at a total cost of £30.00 per order.  However for bulkier or heavier items we reserve the right to charge a higher price if this is the case we will contact you for a shipping quote.
 
All shipping costs will be calculated and shown separately in your shopping basket.

Customs
You will be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the goods reach your country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
 
 
Stock Availability
We work very hard to keep stock levels on the website 100% accurate but in the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, our customer services team will contact as soon as possible for you to pick an alternative or you will have the option of waiting for stock or cancelling your order.
 
VAT
There will be NO VAT charged on children's shoes and clothing.
All other prices shown include UK VAT @ 20%
This VAT will be charged on all orders shipped within the European Union.
 
International Orders: For all orders shipped outside the European Union, VAT will be automatically deducted when you fill in your delivery address details.
 

Returns & Exchanges

30 day Returns Policy

We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but realise that sometimes you may want to return items for an exchange or a refund. When returning items it is your responsibility to ensure that the items arrive safely back to us. Please return goods in their original condition and with tags still intact within 30 days of purchase. Please repack the items adequately to ensure that the goods are not damaged on their return journey.  If the goods do not have their original tags or show signs of use we may reduce the refund to reflect the reduced resale value of the goods.

We do ask that you pay the return postage cost and we recommend that you use a recorded service so that you are covered in the event of a missing parcel, as we cannot accept any responsibility for items lost in the post.

If you are returning your goods for an exchange, we will pay the postage for any goods that we send back to you. Please enclose your Invoice and state clearly any details about the items that you would like to exchange, including which item is to be returned and which item you would like sending in exchange.

If you are returning goods for a refund we will refund the standard shipping cost as well as the cost of goods if the order is cancelled within 14 days of the order. If the cancellation is after this time we will just refund the cost of the goods.

Damaged Goods & Faulty Goods

If an item looks like it has been damaged in transit, please do not sign for the delivery, it will then be returned to us.

If you have signed for a delivery and then discover that the contents are damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt on 01723 507060 or orders@doorstepadventures.co.uk.

We will then arrange with you, either a full refund or sending you replacement goods and how you should return the damaged goods to us.


Cancellations

Should you change your mind about your order, you have 14 days from receiving your goods to cancel your order for a full refund (this includes our standard p&p charge).
