30 day Returns Policy

You are welcome to return good to us, if you decide you no longer want them within 30 days of receiving them.  However goods need to be unworn and in a saleable as new condition. We accept that you will need to try clothing and footwear on in your home, but items smelling of perfume, smoke or showing signs of wear may be refused, if we consider the item unsaleable as new.

Please enclose your packing slip or invoice as proof of purchase. If you would like to exchange your goods, please enclose a note explaining what size, colour or style you require. Once the items are back with us we will process your refund. We would recommend Royal Mail 2nd class to keep the cost of the return to a minimum. 

Shipping charges for returned goods are paid for by you the customer. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting for all returned items as we cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system.

Please note: Doorstep Adventures are unable to exchange or refund items that are returned, but are no longer in a resaleable condition as a result of being worn.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong product, please return the item to the above returns address, as new with all labels and tags intact, eclosing your packing slip or invoice. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. Doorstep Adventures will pay for the shipping charges incurred for damaged/faulty or incorrect items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
